Female / Single / Not more than 27 yrs.old / Preferably HRM/Tourism graduate from a reputable school / At least 2 year experience in the same capacity / Personality and communication skills should be above average / Knowledgeable in computer, F & B and Banquet operations / Assertive and willing to work long hours and during Holidays.
JAPANESE EXECUTIVE CHEF
Preferably Japanese National / Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in traditional Japanese cuisine but must have the capacity to create modern fine dining Japanese cuisine in a 5 star hotel. / High quality standard oriented / Strong leadership skills, good attitude, pro-active and encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees. / Open minded and willing to take constructive criticism / Knowledge of HACCP required and ensure high standard of hygiene and work methods. / Controls food and labor costs on a continual basis within budget / Good communication skills (English proficient) / Knowledgeable in MS Office operations.
SOUS CHEF (Pastry)
Male / At least 5 year experience working in Pastry or in the same capacity / Has solid knowledge in Sanitation and Hygiene applied in Culinary industry / Has ability to manage people / Strong leadership skills / Excellent organizer / Innovative / Enthusiastic / Energetic / Willing to work long hours and during holidays.
