Sumibi Yakiniku

At the Sumibi Yakiniku, diners are treated to an array of fresh meats, vegetables, and side dishes. Choose from a variety of seafood and meats such as salmon, cuttlefish, prawns, pork loin, chicken, beef tongue, beef galbi or try the most premium beef of all – the wagyu beef sirloin. Meats and vegetables are served at bite-sized pieces for the guests' convenience. Diners are also presented with a selection of delicious soups, salads, side dishes, and a la carte dishes for a complete and satisfying Yakiniku meal.

The Sumibi Yakiniku carries a highly sophisticated grill and ventilation system. Yurakuen uses only Sumibi, a special Japanese charcoal made from wood found in the world renowned Mt. Fuji – giving the grilled food a very distinct and sumptuous flavor. The Yakiniku Room also boasts of state-of-the-art vents that provide fresh and clean air to diners even while grilling their food, ensuring a smoke-free meal for each guest.
