Member privileges, including Indulgence Certificates, are extended only upon presentation of a valid Diamond Indulgence card (prior to dining, upon check-in, or upon availing a service). Advance reservations and appointments are required.
Member privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including corporate discounts, contracted and negotiated rates, gift certificates, credit card and discount card offers.
Special rates and privileges are exclusive of gratuity, 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
Cancellation of the Diamond Indulgence card shall be allowed within five (5) days after date of issuance, provided that the cardmember has not availed of any benefits/discounts. There will be a cancellation fee of Php 1,500. Cancellation of the Diamond Indulgence card shall only take effect upon return of the entire Diamond Indulgence membership kit to Diamond Hotel Philippines.
Please report loss of Diamond Indulgence card immediately to avoid use of unauthorized persons. Lost Diamond Indulgence card may be replaced for a fee of Php 500. Lost or stolen Indulgence Certificates cannot be re-issued.
Diamond Hotel Philippines reserves the right to modify or amend the conditions of membership without prior notice.
