Chef Tae Hwan Ryu’s Hybrid Cuisine to be Featured at Diamond Hotel

Diamond Hotel Philippines collaborates with acclaimed Chef Tae Hwan Ryu of Ryunique Restaurant Seoul, to bring you to a gastronomic experience like no other in an event dubbed as “Hybrid Wine Dinner” happening on October 6, 2016 at the hotel’s Constellation on the 27th floor. Cocktails is at 6:30pm and Dinner follows at 7:00pm. 

Ryunique was cited as the 27th in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and marked its name on the list of 100 Best Restaurants in the World by Diner's Club Academy. It's distinctive name “Ryunique” was derived from Chef Tae Hwan Ryu’s name and the word “unique”. 

For only Php4,500 nett, guests can experience a 6-course dinner menu complemented by fine wines. Chef Tae Hwan Ryu will prepare his famous Hybrid Cuisine, an exquisitely crafted menu of combined culinary cultures showcased on a modern plate. Dine on contemporary dishes with a French, Japanese and Korean twist in an avant-garde presentation. Surprise your palate with boneless mackerel, foie gras, quail, pork jowl with langoustine, and cotton pie.
