New Theme Nights and A La Minute Stations at Corniche

Step into a new level of delectation at Diamond Hotel Philippines as Corniche elevates its expansive, international buffet spread with new Theme Nights and Á la Minute stations. From Thursday to Saturday, Corniche presents a set of themed dinner buffets that will cater to a diverse range of palates, while the Á la Minute stations are fired up daily at lunch and dinner.

On Thursday nights, the Flavors of China are abound with oriental dishes prepared by the hotel’s very own Chinese Sous Chef Yang Yong and his team. From timeless, traditional masterpieces such as Salted Egg Crab, to exciting favorites like Wok-Fried Kung Pao Prawns, and undisputed classics from the Dimsum station, guests will find that the unmistakable goodness of Chinese cooking fills and satisfies the senses.

Friday features the much-anticipated Seafood Night, where the ocean’s catch is transformed into a work of art on your plate. Plump shrimps in garlic butter, chargrilled squid, hearty bisque, and sweet, succulent crabs are only a few of the all-stars that diners can enjoy from the teeming display. Also highlighted weekly is a Chef of the Day, who will astound you with their cooking prowess by preparing your seafood choices exactly how you want it.

Saturday rolls in with Steak Night. Relish the smoky and juicy marbling of choice meats, from sirloin to lamb chops. With grilled vegetables, savory sauces, and flavorsome side dishes to complement the main course, guests will be treated to an exploration of what makes steak so delectable and undoubtedly memorable.

Tour the many Á la Minute stations and watch our chefs make grand performances of their cooking demonstrations with pans flipping away and flambés aroar.
